Welcome to the 2nd season of the Penduka Podcast! This week we’re unpacking the 2nd section by exploring the 1st letter of the PURPOSE acronym: P: Power Up Your Strengths.
What You’ll Hear:
- Too many of us buy into the lie that it’s prideful or ineffective to focus on our strengths, and that we should spend our time and energy managing our weak areas instead.
- While our focus should be on strengths, embracing our weaknesses drives us into community and enables us to see God’s goodness come through for us.
- We do the most damage not in our areas of weakness, but by misappropriating our strengths.
- Honing your strengths and really understanding your personality, strengths, love languages and behavior tendencies really comes in handy when it comes to close relationships (like marriage, parenting or business partnerships).
